How to Add the Autel Update Service by Self

Note: After you purchase an order, you need to provide the correct Serial Number to us in time.

There are 2 situations for adding the subscription:

1. Usually we will add the subscription for you directly in 2-3 business days since we receive the Serial Number without any problem.

2. Sometimes we will provide activation code to you, so that you can add the subscription by yourself.

So you can follow the 3 steps to activate your update service.
Step 1: Go to the Autel Official Website https://www.autel.com/ and sign in your Autel account.


Step 2: Go to your "Account", Click the "Redeem"


Step 3: Input the "Activation Code" and input the correct "Code", Click "OK"
